Clyde Butcher Fall Festival
From 9 AM to 5 PM, at the Big Cypress Gallery in Ochopee. Meet Clyde and Niki Butcher, see the new calendar, enjoy a swamp walk. The Fall Festival is also on Sunday, October 28. Visit clydebutcher.com for more information and for swamp walk tickets.
Serge’s Stomp in the Swamp
From noon until dark, at the Everglades Adventure Depot, 102 N. Copeland Ave, Everglades City. There will be a book signing by Tim Dorsey, Mr. Lucky’s Fashion Show, great Florida folk music, and delicious food and drink.
Abandoned Vehicles Exhibit
From 1 to 3 PM, at the Museum of the Everglades, 105 West Broadway, Everglades City. This is the last chance to see these amazing, gigantic pictures of the “Abandoned Vehicles of the Everglades” exhibit. Meet photographer Matt Stock and explorer Charles Kropke.
Trunk or Treat
From 5 to 8 PM, at the Seaboard Villas. Halloween fun for all the kiddies to show off their costumes and fill their swag bags with goodies from cars nearby.
