Editorial & Opinion: Businessman President

In the last few weeks, several stories appeared in the press under the headline “Apprentice President.” They were mostly about a documentary with the same name. The obvious attempt of the documentary was to make Donald Trump appear to be a racist and a failure, and as someone who only rubs shoulders with the rich. It was a “fake” documentary as usual. Does anyone recall former President Obama ever being called an “Apprentice President,” when he was a man with no real experience in anything other than being a community organizer and an absentee Senator?

Sixteen months after a historic election, when the American voters chose as their new President a non-politician, well known businessman candidate with a new vision and new future for our country, over a life-long politician who had no vision and nothing new for the country, some amongst us are still having difficulty coping with losing the election to a man whom they believed was not worthy of the office of the Presidency of the United States of America. The loser still goes around the world blaming her loss to racism, misogyny, white women who take orders from their husbands, Islamophobia, and even a hot sun and a round moon; except putting the blame where it belongs; herself.

From the moment he descended the famous escalator of the Trump Tower on June 16, 2015 and announced his candidacy for the highest office in the land, I had no doubt that Donald Trump would be our next president. “Sadly, the American dream is dead,” Trump said that day at the end of his campaign speech. “But if I get elected president I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before.” And I believed him along with millions of Americans who looked around and did not particularly like what was happening to our beloved country, both at home and abroad. They saw in Donald Trump a charismatic leader who spoke their language, who believed in the things they believed in and who was not at all afraid to upset the politically correct crowd which was beginning to take control at every level of our government and society like some malignant cancer.

In my view, as well as in the view of millions of Americans who believe in him, Donald Trump is a New Yorker, a businessman, a builder of big buildings and huge dreams. He is a street fighter who would never turn the other cheek no matter what the situation is. He is a patriot who loves America. He is bringing back the pride in being an American and trying to teach us who we really are.

It has only been fifteen months since Donald Trump has become President Trump and he has done more than all the Presidents I have known since coming to America in 1969 combined, except for the great Ronald Reagan. He knows how to fight a good fight and he will never back down. You will never see him bow down before a Saudi King to kiss his hand or back away from a midget dictator wannabe with a super bad haircut in North Korea with nuclear plans to kill us all. That is not in his DNA and it is not going to happen.

In the past sixteen months, despite lies and fake news coming from the lowest of the low media outlets who dropped their main job of delivering the news and picked up a new profession called “hating Donald Trump,” President Trump has done many good things. And he will do much more in the next seven years despite those who doubt he might even run again. Donald Trump does not abandon dreams or will not leave the job until it is finished.

I am convinced that those who do not yet get it, will never get it that they are witnessing a new type of a U.S. President; one that fits best the world that is around us. He knows that we have few friends around the world and does not pretend for a moment that he is a friend of theirs. It is a simple philosophy, which I along with millions of other Americans subscribe to; if you don’t like us, we don’t like you either and so don’t come begging for our help when you are in trouble!

No, this article is not being written to change any minds. The Socialists and the leftists in this country will never change their positions or beliefs. They want America to fail, be a third-rate country, open her borders to all comers and turn into a welfare state like most European countries. I believe it is time to say, “enough is enough” and tell it like it is, and I very strongly believe it is time to do that now.

Hating President Donald Trump is not a good political agenda. It is not even a good idea. It will not change the course President Trump took based on the millions who voted for him. It may strengthen it. Creating lies about him only hurts the office of the presidency and not the man who occupies the office.

Anti-immigrant? As a legal immigrant who chose this country to be my own 48 years ago, not for economic reasons but for love of freedom and the philosophy of being an American, I am furious when President Trump is accused of being “anti-immigrant.” To those dopes who utter this and after a while believe their own utterances, President Trump is NOT anti-immigrant; he is anti-illegal immigrants, otherwise known as illegal aliens or invaders!

Russian collusion? The Russian collusion lie, which started with a fake FISA Court decision based on a fake dossier, failed miserably.

Obstruction of justice? Payoff to a prostitute? What will it be next?

Oh, I know! Trade War with China? To those who have been living in caves for the last 30 years, we have been fighting a trade war with China and they have been winning “bigly” as the president believes. It is now time to stand up and fight this war like the business leaders we are. Bring back the jobs we lost to China; don’t let them steal our intellectual property; eliminate the trade deficit and turn it into our favor.

President Trump defeated the leaders of a corrupt party and a corrupt administration who sold our uranium reserves to the enemy, left our heroes to die in Libya and lied about it; paid over one hundred and fifty billion American taxpayers dollars to a bunch of brutal mullahs in Iran who use these very funds to kill men, women and children along with our very own servicemen and women in the Middle East!

President Trump is now fighting the “deep state” in our country. FBI top leadership along with the leadership of the IRS represent the deepest state any country around the world has ever experienced. In the coming weeks, we will see the report of the inspector general, which will open our eyes and hopefully will finally result in the “draining of the swamp.”

I am sick and tired of Hollywood elites (!) whose only talent seems to be hatred for America. I am sick and tired of the likes of Nancy Pelosi, a multi-millionaire who looks like a deer caught in headlights ninety nine percent of the time; Maxine Waters another millionaire whose entire brain could fit into a thimble, sit around with a fool named Michael Moore (another millionaire) to tell us about poverty and inequality in America!

Aren’t we all sick and tired of MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC and NPR’s daily anti Trump campaigns? Who are these people? Where do they get their money from? Would the name George Soros ring a bell?

Well, I am sick and tired of all this mayhem and at this point in my life, I would rather hear the mooing of cows in a pasture than to hear the crap that emanates from the collective mouths of these group of left wing zealots and racists who embrace identity politics over love of country.

America’s best days are yet to come. We are now marching towards a brilliant future in long and sure steps, with hordes of Socialists and lefties hanging on to our legs, putting obstacles in our way trying to stop us by any means they can. Don’t worry America, we will stomp all over them and continue marching on…

America First. Always and forever.

And God Bless America…
