Marco Inn Villas is a water direct condo with 61 units, built in 1972. The condos surround a courtyard, pool and natural looking boat basin. There were three one bedroom, 494 square foot condos for sale last week ranging in price from $199,000 to $222,000. Condos can be rented monthly and the complex allows pets with approval.

Riverside, a 275-unit gated community had only one-bedroom condos for sale last week, ranging from $294,900 to $389,900. The one-bedroom condos are 800 square feet, except for one with 1,000 square feet. Riverside offers multiple fishing piers, 77 boat slips and its own marina with bait and fuel. Boats can be stored on site during the summer months. Covered parking and screened balconies overlooking the Marco River and Rookery Bay Estuarine Preserve are available. There are 58 condos at Marco Cat Penthouses, the newest condo in Olde Marco, built in 2001. Daily rentals are allowed. Last week, two penthouses were for sale with three bedrooms each – one at $629,000 and the other for $795,000. Both are being sold turnkey with all the luxury and panoramic views this condo has to offer.
Eagles Retreat, built in 1997 with only 16 units, is a water-direct condo offering monthly rentals, and allows pets. Last week a one bedroom, one bathroom 905 square foot condo was listed for $310,000 including a deeded dock and boatlift. Another one bedroom one bathroom 672 square foot condo was listed for $315,000.
