Collier County Public Utilities Update

Collier County Public Utilities continues providing customers water and wastewater services as well as trash and recycling collection as usual. All recycling centers remain open. Water/sewer disconnects have been suspended until April 30 so that customers can continue to wash their hands and maintain sanitary conditions in their homes. Customer Service will work with individual customers who may require deferred payment plans due to financial hardships resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.
Collier County Utility Billing has closed walk-in payment counter operations for the health and well-being of our customers and employees in accordance with CDC guidelines. Customer service, billing and accounting teams will continue working Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These teams can help customers with questions, billing, collections and adjustments by email at utilitybill@colliercountyfl.gov, by phone at (239) 252-2380 and online at colliercountyfl.gov/utilitybilling. Customers may also leave payment at drop boxes located at 4420 Mercantile Avenue in Naples and 11985 Collier Blvd., Suite 7 in Golden Gate.
