Christina Adams completes corporate next-generation program
Naples, FL – (August 4, 2011) – Naples resident Christina Adams has successfully completed McDonald’s rigorous “Next-Generation” training program, which trains sons and daughters of current franchisees to become an approved McDonald’s owner-operator.
Ms. Adams is the daughter of Mike Adams, who owns and operates 16 Collier County McDonald’s restaurants. His involvement with McDonald’s restaurants in Southwest Florida dates back to 1973.
To earn status as an approved McDonald’s owner-operator, Ms. Adams demonstrated expertise in running a McDonald’s restaurant, sound business judgment, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills as part of a demanding two-year training program.
Ms. Adams currently supervises the McDonald’s restaurants in East Naples, Marco Island, Davis Blvd. and at Walmart on Davis Blvd.
