Silvia Garcia MD PA
Dr. Silvia Garcia began her Marco practice in 2000. Dr. Garcia treats all aspects of skin disease and readily admits, “I have a passion for dermatology”. She offers advanced skin rejuvenation treatments as well as complete dermatological evaluations and management, from skin cancer to diseases of nails and hair.
Dr. Garcia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is a cum laude graduate of Yale Medical School, where she was nominated to the Medical Honor Society Alpha Omega Alpha and was also named as a Farr Scholar in 1994. She obtained laser training at the Beckman Laser Institute, UC-Irvine and completed internship in Internal Medicine and Residency in Dermatology at Stanford University Medical Center, Palo Alto, California. Dr. Garcia grew up in Paramus, New Jersey. She is fluent in Spanish and supports the Nature Conservancy of Collier County.
“My Mission,” says Dr. Garcia, “is to personally treat and tailor dermatological care to the individual, and patients are never seen by assistants. I believe it is important to take time to listen, assess, and educate. In this way we can become partners in getting you the best possible outcome, which means healthy skin above all.”

The Shops of Olde Marco is where you need to go for authentic sight, taste and the feeling of local color. The Grade 1 ahi tuna is never frozen. The scallops are packaged dry which means liquid solution packaging doesn’t promote mistaken size and/or cost. The owners are local fishermen and love what they do and what they stand for.

Sally Conrad, award winning decorator and first class business woman, built the first and only stand alone furniture store on Marco Island in 1988. Sally offers a complete interior design service, working closely with clients whether from scratch in yet –to-be built homes, or for remodeling projects. The 10,000 sq. ft. store is graced with furniture and accessories steeped in quality and beauty. Sally is a natural born talent.
Sally spent much of her childhood in the 1950’s on Marco Island before relocating to Ohio where Sally refurbished homes. Returning to Marco Island she worked for a small interior decorating firm before building her showroom. Sally knows the history of the island and appreciates the beauty. She knows quality, she listens to her clients, and offers them more than they could even imagine.
