The unique Brushes & Paint Outdoor Art Show is returning to the Marco Island Historical Museum on Saturday, February 24th for all the art lovers on the island and nearby communities.

Each year local artists gather at the front of the Historical Museum at 180 Heathwood Drive, Marco Island from 10 AM – 3 PM to show and sell their artwork. Hotdogs To Go will be selling delicious lunches outside.

The event is sponsored by the Marco Island Foundation for the Arts. Participating artists include Carolyn Burger, Judy Chinski, Florie Enders, Berto Gillespie, Rick Granneman, Eugene Mandarino, Tara O’Neill, Nancy Norman, Pat Perrotti, Sonny Ken Rutledge, JoAnn Sanborn, Betty Sheridan, Donald Sunshine, and Karen Swanker. Come meet all the artists and enjoy their beautiful paintings. You might just find that special painting you have been looking for!

A silent auction will also be available with proceeds to benefit the Marco Island Historical Society.

Visitors are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt concerning the history displayed inside the museum. Come and enjoy the art show and the museum together. It’s always a fun day for all ages.
