On Saturday, Oct. 25, the Friends of Tigertail will be hosting “Breakfast & Birds” to welcome back the island’s northern nesters to their southern home. Meet at 9 AM at the picnic tables at the Tigertail Beach kiosk, 400 Hernando Drive, to begin the walk with our naturalists.
Bring your own coffee, donuts or favorite breakfast sandwich, and meet fellow birders. Binoculars and wading shoes are recommended. Birding ID cards, hats and T-shirts will be available for purchase. FOT memberships will be offered. A special promotion of a free FOT hat will be given for a three-year membership signup. FOT memberships are tax deductible.
This is a free program. Parking is free with a Collier County Beach Parking sticker, and no reservations necessary.
