Shake in a little imagination, stir in a lot of creativity, pour in heART felt support of the Marco Island Center for the Arts and serve up socializing with a twist.
Now in its second year, Artini of Marco is a cool and fun event to raise funds in support of Marco Island Center for the Arts. And the greater mission of the Center for the Arts to promote education and appreciation of the arts. By accomplishing that, the Center enhances the quality of life for Marco Island and its visitors.
Doors will open at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, April 17th. There is special ticket pricing until April 1st of $30 for Art Center members and $35 for non-members. After April 1st, prices to attend the event will be $50 and $55. Attendees must be 21 and older.
Artini will spotlight all forms of art from food that has been artistically transformed into edible creations by five chefs; martini tastings by mixologists with a passion for combining elixirs and fashioning extraordinary cocktails; a local celebrity musician with a gift for entertaining; inspired live art performances from three dynamic artists; raffle items including hand-painted martini glasses and a surprise or two.
“Artini was such a great event last year.” ~ Dianna Dohm, Executive Director, Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce
“The Martinis were Devine; The Art was super fine; Of course (It was mine); All had a fabulous time; Must go otherwise a crime!” ~ Betty Newman, Marco Island Artist
“What a fun event! The ‘Tiny Art-Tini’s’ were fun to pour and fun to drink. It was such an honor to serve for such a great organization in our community. The Marco Island Center for the Arts is truly a gem in our town.” ~ Becky Irwin, Broker Associate, Realtor
Mix, mingle and dance with this crowd of art supporters and martini lovers. Don’t worry, other drinks will be offered. Creative cocktail attire or something that fuses evening wear with a funky twist for the ladies. Men could wear a jazzy tie or vest. It is all about individual inspiration.
This is a fine ARTini evening where martini tastings meet art in the galleries of Marco Island Center for the Arts.
