A Message from the Florida Lottery

The Florida Lottery is continuing to actively monitor Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and is taking every precaution to help keep our employees, retailers, and players as safe as possible.

Beginning Monday, March 23, Florida Lottery Headquarters and District Offices will be closed to the public until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PLEASE HOLD ON TO YOUR WINNING TICKETS OR MAIL THEM TO A LOTTERY OFFICE TO CLAIM.

We will continue to process winner claims and pay prizes via mail during this time. Additionally, all claim deadlines have been extended by 90 days, giving players the option to hold on to winning tickets until Lottery offices reopen to the public.

For more information on how to claim a Lottery prize during this closure, visit flalottery.com or email asklott@flalottery.com.

The health and safety of our players, employees, and retailers is our number one priority. For up to date information relating to COVID-19 please visit the Florida Department of Health’s website at, www.floridahealth.gov/COVID-19.
