The Friends of Collier-Seminole State Park will host the 4th annual “Jammin’ in the Hammock” Bluegrass Festival. Saturday and Sunday, February 12 and 13 from 9:30 am – 6 pm. 100% of the net proceeds will benefit the park.
Fees per person are $15 for one day or both days for $25. Children 13 and under are free, when accompanied by a paying parent or adult.
Scheduled events will take place on each day, including a 9:30 am Sunday morning Southern Gospel jam. Featured bands are: The Swanson Family, The WholeTones, Frontline, Pure and Simple, The Bean Pickers, The Laws and Tomorrow’s News. Mike Robinson is the MC. and sound is provided by John Hisler and Assoc.
The AARP/Walgreens Wellness Tour will be doing free health screenings February 13, 9am – 6pm only.
Parking and shuttle to event area is free. In the overed concert area, the festival will be held rain or shine. Bring your chairs. No pets, alcohol, smoking or coolers are permitted in the festival area. A variety of food and craft vendors will be on site.
