Sue Baum, co-chairperson of the Monday Night Bingo at the Jewish Congregation of Marco Island, states, “It’s time to yell BINGO again! This is our 16th Season.” She adds, “A new feature each Monday evening will be a drawing for a free shampoo and blow dry or manicure by Jump Hair and Nails. The drawing will be from the player’s admission ticket.”

Bingo will be played every Monday evening at the Synagogue, located at 991 Winterberry Drive, from Oct. 6, 2014 through May 6, 2015. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Bonanza is posted at 6:15 PM, and the game is called at 7 PM. The game is open to the public.

Each player receives, without charge, a kosher hot dog on a special roll, relish, sauerkraut, onions, pickles, chips, fruit, pastry, ice cream, coffee and tea. The pay-outs are generous. Hot Ball is an additional prize.

The Bingo Committee has assembled, many coming from all parts of the country. Almost all of the Bingo Committee has been with the game since its beginning. They can be identified by their bright yellow aprons carrying each worker’s name. Sue Baum says the committee is an important factor in the success of the game. “We look forward to a great Bingo season,” she adds.
