Marco Island Local Bill, HB1395, was signed by Governor Scott authorizing the City to obtain a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity license directly from the State of Florida Department of Health after certain conditions are met, including an affirmative vote of the citizens of Marco Island on August 28, 2018.
