On Carolina Avenue between Warren Street and Trammel Street expect traffic to be reduced to one lane only intermittently on Friday, July 29 between8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting, as crews working for Florida Power and Light continue installation of utility poles.
