Supervisor of Elections Office Begins Mailing Sample Ballots

The Collier County Supervisor of Elections Office will begin mailing sample ballots today to every registered voter who has not requested a mail/absentee ballot for the upcoming August 26 Primary Election.

The sample ballot indicates which contests voters are eligible to participate in. Eligibility depends on where a voter lives in the county and/or the voter’s registered party affiliation. Voters are encouraged to complete their sample ballot and use it as a guide when voting in person during Early Voting or on Election Day.

There are three ways to vote in Collier County: Vote by Mail, Early Voting and Election Day. If voters cast their ballot in person, they are reminded to bring current signature and photo identification to their polling location.
