IBERIABANK is ready and willing to shred! Shred documents, that is, at their upcoming Patriotic Pet Shred Party on Saturday, February 23, from 9 am to 1 pm at their Marco branch. Bring old bank statements, checks, contracts, junk mail, and other documents down to be shredded, for only a $2 donation per box. Proceeds benefit the Marco Island Big Flag maintenance account.
In addition to shredding your papers, the Patriotic Pet Shred Party will host various Marco Island per professionals—groomers, trainers, and the like—and a pet costume contest. Pet owners can bring their pets—dressed in their patriotic best—and can enter their pet in the [patriotic pet parade at 11:45 am, judged by the Collier County Commissioner Donna Fiala, former news anchor Chris Curle, and the Chief Operating Officer of Physicians Regional, Rick LoCastro.
The event will also host a raffle and live music by Island Paradise DJ Steve Reynolds. For more information, call 239-393-2400.
