During the weekend of the Mullet Festival, the Goodland Civic Association (GCA) hosted a two-day Pancake Breakfast to fill up patrons’ stomachs before the big festivities. Members of the GCA host two pancake breakfasts a year. This year, they broke their own record with a whopping 420 guests between the two days. There must be something in the pancakes! Stop by the Goodland Community Center on March 2nd and 3rd for a second helping of the season.
