We have the bravest and the finest of fire rescue and police service, we have the best restaurants, the best landscaping, the best water filtration system and of course, the best beaches. But the City of Marco Island is also interested in the health and well-being of its citizens. Continuing in this tradition, on February 16th, the city is offering a Community Health Fair it what it has dubbed S.A.I.L. – Strengthening An Island Lifestyle.
