By Coastal Breeze News Staff  When Marie Zoda, a Marco Island Chamber of Commerce volunteer came into McDonald’s for a ribbon cutting ceremony, she asked a gentleman seated near the door how he liked the restaurant’s remodel. “The real question is, how do YOU like it?” he asked her. After graduating from Lely High School she continued her studies at the University of Central Florida. It was here that she found her calling and knew she wanted to help people. While she attended UCF she met her husband Dr. George Sarantos. After the two graduated from UCF they were accepted into Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated four years later with a doctorate of chiropractic degree.
