The Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has opened a 30-day public comment period for review of the FY 2010/11-2011/12 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Amendment and De-Obligation. The UPWP is the biennial budgetary document for the MPO’s operations and programs. The UPWP also lists the funding source(s) for each planning task and specifies whether the task will be conducted by MPO staff, consultants or county agencies.
