Mr. Shacham, American born, has served Israel in several capacities, as an army commander, Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel’s representative to the Plenary of the United Nations General Assembly for nine sessions and participated in the Israeli Delegation to the Madrid Peace Conference. On Wednesday September 14, 2011, the City of Marco Island Fire Rescue Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire at 1631 Collingswood Ave. On arrival firefighters found the engine compartment of a Firefighters extinguished the fire which was fed by hydraulic fluids using firefighting foam. To assure high standards are met, the US Air Force (USAF) periodically tests each state Wing for mission effectiveness, referred to as a Search and Rescue Evaluation (SAREVAL). Special Olympics Collier County took a delegation of Four Special Olympics athletes to the 2011 Golf State Games Competition in Kissimmee, FL on September 9th & 10th to compete against athletes from around the State.
