Bald Eagle Drive Traffic Impacts BALD EAGLE DR is scheduled for Sewer Construction beginning on or shortly after Thursday, May 12th.  There will be three segments of construction: 1) Goldenrod to Yellowbird, 2) Yellowbird to Samoa, and 3) Goldenrod to Hartley. May 4, 2011 – North Fort Myers – LCEC recently added new functionality allowing customer to go green by turning off their paper bills through the LCEC website. Once enrolled in the program, customers receive a monthly e-mail notification when their bill is due and have the option of paying with a multitude of payment options.
