Anne and Hoot Rudolph are familiar names in the area. They are well-known and well-liked local restaurateurs who have owned and operated several successful and popular local restaurants in the area for the past fifteen years.
Their latest venture is quickly becoming a new local favorite with both residents and visitors alike. Open less than a year, Anne and Hoot have turned this home style deli into a great place to pick up lunch for the beach or dinner to-go on those nights you don’t feel like cooking. Having a party? You can order your party platters here as well.
The feeling one gets when entering Zsa Zsa’s is almost like walking into a friend’s kitchen. You may see a friend or a neighbor waiting for a takeout order, or you may see a local businessman grabbing a quick sandwich on the go. You’re greeted by the friendly faces of either Anne or one of her staff. The varied menu includes sandwiches, wraps and salads, as well as the daily “Home Made” specials: Meat Loaf, BBQ Ribs, Pot Pies, Turkey Dinner, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Stuffed Cabbage, and Quiche of the Day. They also have homemade salads available by the pound: Chicken, Tuna, Lentil, Cole Slaw, Potato, Orzo, and Curried Chicken.
If that isn’t enough, Zsa Zsa’s carries both domestic and imported Cheeses, and Stonewall Kitchens and American Spoon Jams and Condiments, as well as beer and wine. With all the tasty offerings, the hardest part is what to choose from the wide array.
The staff starts work at five a.m. preparing the day’s fresh choices of soup, salads and daily specials, all freshly prepared with the finest ingredients. They invite you to stop in and say “hi,” and check out what just may become your new favorite spot.
