In early may of this year, Albert “Tony” Almeida, head of P.R. for the Southwest Florida Concierge and Guest Services Association, was shackled, handcuffed and shot twice by a disgruntled former employee at the Inn at the Springs in Bonita Springs, where he worked as hotel concierge.
